What is the Swim by Alba returns policy?

We accept bikinis bought from in new condition with swing tags and hygiene liners attached for a full refund. You have 14 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for a full refund.


Once we get your items back your refund will be processed on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, as we do not accept any returns that have been worn. 

Please note all sale items are not eligible for refund.

How do I return a Swim by Alba order?

We want the returns process to be fuss-free, all you need to do is drop us an email with your full name, order number and reason for return and we will send you the address for returns.


We recommend ‘Signed For’ or a tracked service to ensure your returns are delivered safely as we do not currently offer free returns.

Please note the returned item(s) must be in re-saleable condition, with swing tags present and hygiene liners should remain attached to all bottoms.

Which Swim by Alba items are non-refundable?

All items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, however we do allow for exchanges or store credit.

We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the sizing, fit or fabric of any bikini, please email us for advice. 

You can also review our size chart here before you place your order.

No exceptions can be made for issues on final sale items.

How do I exchange a Swim by Alba order?

Send us an email as you would for a return, and clearly state the item(s) you would like in exchange.


Once we receive the return of your order, we can then fulfil the exchange.

Swim by Alba covers the shipping costs for all replacement orders in the UK, however you will need to cover the cost of returning the order back to us.
