It’s January which means one thing – Veganuary, the world’s largest vegan movement. A month dedicated to inspiring and supporting people to go vegan for a month (or possibly the rest of the year). The end goal? To prevent the suffering of animals, protect the beautiful planet Earth and improve people’s health.

I first turned Vegan in September 2019 after around 2.5 years of incorporating a plant based diet into my life. Personally, I found the transition super easy, but it can be very difficult for others. In the UK we are now in our third lockdown, so it’s a great time to start experimenting with some vegan substitutes and try out some of your favourite meals with a twist!
